Alright. So I did some searching around the main camp (since you said "actual first hunter cache" and I found it. I also found the solution pretty easily. From the painting you can tell that the image depicted is the image of the eagle's nest that Wogah has you climb up to in the mission to get rare eagle feathers.

I can't play Primal anymore. I've bought the game couple of months ago so was able to start my experience from the expert survivor mode. I was VERY surprised, game was simply breathtaking. Night hunts, the sounds, feeling of a constant danger - and depleting stamina, it all helped to immerse myself in the game to a great degree.
