Steamin exhaust like that is normal. On a cold morning you will get some fuel smell because the exhaust catalyst hasn’t warmed up yet and the computer may run a little rich on the warmup. Drive it a good 30 miles highway speeds and it will be fine. Starting up any car first thing in the morning while super cold is kinda like that.
